Ashly Manz 3rd Combat Camera Squadron 07.27.2015 -- Soldiers from Charlie Company, 125th Infantry Regiment, with support from Bravo Company, 1-147 Aviation, Michigan National Guard, conduct an infiltration/exfiltration mission at Camp Grayling Joint Maneuver Training Center July 27, 2015 as part of Exercise Northern Strike 2015. The UH-60 Blackhawk crew also refueled at a Forward Area Refueling Point halfway through the mission. Northern Strike will combine ground and air capabilities that will bring together aircraft from more than a dozen units and service members from 25 states and four coalition countries from July 13 to August 1 on Camp Grayling, Alpena and in Rogers City. Northern Strike is the only exercise of this size and scope for the Michigan Guard and will integrate ground based weapons systems like mortars and artillery with attack aircraft to support maneuver forces on the ground.
