Two Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center snowplows cut the ribbon at the runway repair ceremony Nov. 25, 2024, in Alpena, Michigan. The two-year, $60 million federally funded construction project repaired the entire primary runway at Alpena County Regional Airport that supports military and commercial aircraft operations.
